Mislead and Breaking down

We are a 50 truck operation and I have to say that Teletrac has the absolute worst customer service. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. Do not go on an in person or phone conversation. Their operations and their accounting dept. do NOT communicate. Lots of promises from sales department and nothing seems to be upheld by other divisions of Teletrac. Do a quick Google search... You will NOT find a whole lot of good reviews. The reviews that you do find that are positive are obviously written by a Representative. Also they have their contract online... watch out as they can change this anytime they want without your consent. They only have you sign one page stating that you agree to the websites terms. Please don't get stuck as so many of us other companies have.

I promise I talk to customers all the time that love our product but I know that doesn’t bring any comfort if you’ve had a bad experience.
