Ordered an appraisal for the purchase of a home and land. Was charged for services and appraisal was noted as complete when the appraiser never went out to land or to home location. Paid for a 15 day turnaround on completion of the appraisal and now at 45 days later and the appraisal assigned to another appraiser with this company with an estimated completion 20+ days from now. And with this news the seller is talking of backing out of sale. absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.
